We were greater with a smile and seated at a lovely table. Service was prompt and quick, the food was hot, the team seemed happy they worked well together. They wanted to work and were happy to be there. Everyone was smiling. This is refreshing to see and nice when you are in an evening out. It is infectious. The atmosphere is nice and chilled. The restaurant is semi busy. Our food was lovely, we will come back. The resultant was clean and well presented the toilets were clean also. A good experience. Vegetarian options: There is a selection of vegetarian food available.
The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, with soft yellow lighting that was perfect for my eye condition. This was one of the reasons we chose to dine here. Although we had to wait a little to be seated, our drinks arrived promptly and our food shortly after. The menu offered plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. I did find the price of the drinks (soft drinks) to be a bit high for their size, so we also ordered a pitcher of tap water for the table. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, as we saw two wheelchair users dining there when we arrived.
Ordered from pizza express via just eat but received the wrong order. Repeated calls to the restaurant were just met with voicemail, and when I did eventually open the food to take pictures for a refund via just eat, the pollo Milanese was burnt, the Funghi di Bosco looked awful and the loaded pesto dough balls had maybe half a teaspoon of pesto between them! To Nicole, please know that the order you never received wasn 't worth receiving anyway!
First time coming today (Monday 6th November). Lady greeted us by saying “are you vegan?” which we are not. Chef seemed like he didn’t even want to be there, sour face. Overly expensive for 2 people, the pizza was doughy and only warm. We didn’t feel full after. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable, thanks to the exceptional waitress whose name I unfortunately did not catch. She truly shines as a standout member of the restaurant staff. I was pleased to find that all pizzas could be customized to include my preferred vegetarian toppings. Dining in for dinner, the price per person ranged from £30 to £40.
We decided to try the Telford location after receiving poor service at the Cannock branch. The difference in the staff's attitude, service, and food quality was like night and day. We cannot praise the Telford staff enough. We highly recommend this restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
