I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service from the staff at Pizza Express Mosman Park. On October 12th at 10:37 PM, I placed an order and received both an order number and online confirmation. After waiting over an hour without my food arriving, I decided to call the store. When I reached out, I was met by a very impatient and rude man who blamed me for not receiving my order. I explained that the payment had already been taken from my account, but still no food had been delivered. He responded by saying there was nothing he could do and suggested I should have ordered through Uber Eats. He then abruptly hung up on me and refused to take any further calls. I'm honestly surprised to see so many negative reviews here. We've been ordering takeout pizza from Domino’s in Cottesloe regularly since we moved to the area over seven months ago, and we've always been satisfied with our pizzas. The longest we've ever waited after placing our order until it was ready for pickup was about 20 minutes, but it's usually ready in less than 10! The pizzas have a generous amount of toppings and the crust is always cooked perfectly. Occasionally, the way the slices are cut has been a bit unconventional, but it's nothing we would complain about. The pizza still tastes great, regardless of the size of the slices. I unfortunately had a terrible experience ordering through Uber Eats and received the worst pizza I've ever had. I ordered two large pizzas and garlic bread, but one of the pizzas was missing from the order (thankfully). The pizza that did arrive was a Portifino, not a large size, and it had a gluten-free crust, which I didn't request. I usually enjoy supporting local pizza places like Chelsea and Broadway, which are always good and reliable, but they were closed, so I decided to try this place instead. I won't be going back!
Wow, the delivery was incredibly fast, and I had a great experience today! A driver named James brought my order, and he was exceptionally friendly. His long, beautiful hair flowed in the wind like a hero! He wished me a good day, and I certainly will have one. I think I'll be ordering from here more often, and I hope that James delivers to me each time. If James happens to read this, what shampoo do you use? Because I'm definitely "head and shoulders" in love with you!

I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the pizzas I had. They were loaded with toppings and looked fantastic. This is also the only Domino's I know of that still offers the Cheese Toastie Crust. There's plenty of parking available on the side street, and the staff were really friendly.
Whatever you do, don't order delivery from them. It took forever, and when the order finally arrived, it was incorrect. They refused to fix it or issue a refund, which I find hard to believe. I submitted a complaint, but they didn't seem to care at all. Very disappointing experience.
I just called to order a pizza and was told they don't have any mushrooms. I asked if I could choose a different topping, but it's disappointing that they can't source some mushrooms from the IGA just 50 meters away. Not impressed.
I waited an hour for my order to arrive, and then it was canceled. I'm still being charged for it, and now every place is closed. What a frustrating experience.

Fastest Dominos I've had the pleasure of being a regular at, always great food with generous and symmetrical toppings. Great staff and service too.
Pay closer attention to feedback and acknowledge mistakes when they occur.
