I find it difficult to give this place even a one-star rating. Each aspect deserves less than one star. I witnessed employees drop a pizza pan on the dirty floor three times and they didn’t rinse or wash any of them before continuing to use them for cooking. This location is a complete joke and should be closed down. I received zero assistance while trying to place my order and was given excuses, such as my order being forgotten. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes just to pick up my order. I strongly advise against dining or ordering from here.
I called in for a pick-up order and was informed it would take 30 to 40 minutes because they needed to pick up a coworker. When I arrived 40 minutes later, the doors were locked despite it being during business hours. I won’t be ordering from here again; this place is very unprofessional. Given the other negative reviews, I don’t expect much going forward. I never received my pizza.
I have been experiencing ongoing harassment for over a year because someone keeps ordering pizzas for delivery to my home from Pizza Hut, and the payment is due upon delivery. Despite my efforts to resolve this, Pizza Hut has not taken any action to stop this situation. I urge them to stop delivering pizzas that require payment on delivery.
Terrible from a-z employees are goofy and play around too much management seems to be non existent care free environment ! I will take my business to primos pizza they make your food right treat their customers better !

Don't waste your time at the Wilson Mills location. Clearly the people working there are illiterate, and they do not practice good hygiene. The store is filthy, and the quality of the food is subpar at best.
Employee was friendly and joked with me and the super supreme pizza was pretty good.Parking: Very easy to get free parking in the parking lot in front of and next to this store.
One pizza had too little cheese and what it had was burnt. The other was nearly under done and cut in random shapes. The bread sticks were dried out.
I've placed 2 online orders for delivery recently, and I've had mistakes both times. If you attempt to call them, they ignore the phone.
