I had a carry out order meat lovers with extra cheese..I called back the manager on duty told me the ONLY thing she could do for me tonight was for me to bring the pizza back and she would replace it I explained that I had already gotten home and if they want to fix the issue they can send a driver to bring me the correct pizza…I forgot she answers the phone saying we are no longer taking deliveries 7:45pm she was very snappy and rude “What I can do for you tonight is this” Awful customer service I ask for the store Manager and she stated that she would return Monday and hung up the phone. I ordered a pizza with extra paprika but when it arrived at my home, there was no paprika on it. It seems like the employees cannot read the orders properly. When I called to address the issue, I was told to bring the pizza back for a replacement. I was not willing to waste gas and the pizza did not taste great anyway. This pizza place in the city is not a good option anymore. Hopefully, the upper management will see these reviews and provide better training for their employees to avoid mistakes like this in the future. We will not be returning, especially since there was no one there to help at 5:30.
better customer service the manager was very rude and unprofessional. I waited an hour for my order because they forgot where my food was, and when they finally discovered that it was 40mins later, it was burned and dry that it was too long in the warm box. then they still tried to offer me the most blasphemy experience in my life! After they saw my frustration and wut, they tried to be polite and offered to replace the order, but sadly, the harm was done, I just said well, but I will never eat again in this particular facility!
The pizza here was great. It always is. They charged my card twice without telling me. They had actually refunded the money from the first charge, but it was further down in my bank account and I didn't notice the refund....only the double charge. Not that big of a daily but I live in West Point and have a drive to LaGrange several times to try to figure it out, which was inconvenient at most, but I felt a certain way about it. I'll probably eat here again, but I'll probably get pizza somewhere else until I'm over it. Lol.

The food was perfect, looked just as good as the advertising. The delivery time was very fast honest. It didn't take an hour to get my order. In addition, the delivery driver was super upbeat and friendly. If your customer service expert gives positive energy and appears in a really good mood, it makes you appreciate the service and also type it. I will definitely be a customer.
My partner went to collect our order but was turned away and told that it had been cancelled. Even though I live in Columbus and my partner lives in Franklin, I offered to pick up the order in Columbus and bring it to Franklin, but they refused to do business with us.
Timely manner on having it ready but my wings that was bone in was not worth the money. Very disappointed in my order. The boneless wings was thrown in the bowl with little to no sauce.
Make sure I have every thing that I ordered. I ordered garlic dipping sauce and didn't get them. I didn't get the sauce that comes with bread sticks.
