Ordered food online, partial payment was with gift card and the rest was with debit card. Driver got here saying that I owed him $20. The gift card was good as well as me having money in my account or the online order wouldn't have went through. The receipt that they printed showed it was partial gift card and the rest debit card, if the store don't accept gift cards then say that online but I got reported as a bad customer and I reported them so I can get my money back because they don't want to own up with their mistake or answer the phone, they keep putting me on hold saying they need to transfer me to the store SMH.
The individual whose name starts with a J is very disrespectful and refused to answer and clarify the store hours in conjunction with potentially booking a large party on a Friday night.Instead of simply answering very simple questions he placed me on hold and never came back. Very strange.I hope this was not the manager, and I hope you are familiar with the concept of karma.I will no longer patronize pizza hut.
I need to talk to a district manager regarding my experience at this location on February 7, 2024. I am appalled by the service and the lack of professionalism. If this is the standard of staff that Pizza Hut allows to represent them, I will not support this brand or any Pizza Hut in the future.
I stopped here in passing and I live almost 30 mins away , I would absolutely take this ride again to come to this Pizza Hut . The young man at the front with glasses and longer hair customer service is amazing ! Everyone else was friendly as well!!

One of my favorite pizza restaurants to visit. I went there to order cheese personal pizza with a root beer bottle. Service went great. Looking forward to visiting this pizza restaurant again.Parking: Parking space went good.
This location is the best Pizza Hut I've ever visited. When they say the pizza will be ready in 15 minutes, it's right more often than not—99% of the time, in fact!
Eric, the Manager, and the entire staff (Aleesia, BobbyJoe, Erin) were ALL FANTASTIC, SUPER FRIENDLY, VERY HELPFUL during our fishing club event!
