I've visited this restaurant four times since it reopened, and I must say that Jerome has been incredibly helpful every time. My initial visit coincided with the reopening, and there were quite a few issues that the restaurant was still working to resolve. Jerome's customer service is outstanding—it's hard to believe he hasn't been with Pizza Hut for years. I will definitely keep returning, largely because of the excellent service he provides. He's welcoming, patient with customers, quick with his service, and very knowledgeable. Kudos to him! Please make sure he knows he is appreciated.
I typically enjoy my pizza, but this time it was just too oily. The edges had more tomato sauce than necessary, and there was less cheese near the crust, which was close to being burnt. The taste was not what I usually expect from Pizza Hut. On a positive note, the driver was very quick, even in the rain, which was impressive. However, for the price, I expected better quality from Pizza Hut.
We were in the area and decided to grab some pizza bags (since they’re not available in Buffalo, NY). The manager, Mike, was incredible! When we told him where we were from, he treated us to our pizza! The customer service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic! I highly recommend this place if you're in the area. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were excellent. Go Bills!
The food was prepared with little care. The breadsticks were not properly seasoned, weren't cut, and the sauce container was the wrong size and barely filled. The 6-inch personal pan pizza was lacking in both sauce and toppings. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

We placed a late order just before closing, and they still accepted it. The food was of good quality. While the staff may not have been particularly warm, they weren’t unpleasant either, which could have been influenced by the fact that we ordered right before closing time.
My rating would be a 4.8 because the pizza was lukewarm, but the Cinnabon Mini Rolls were still warm. Everything was incredibly delicious, so I'm giving it a 5-star rating! I still highly recommend it! Thank you!
The "12" Plain Pizza was pretty good the children enjoyed it quite a bit. Our next 1 will be a pepperoni yummy
NEW 14" Cheesesteak Pizza was out very delicious
