The pizza at this restaurant was fantastic! It's a charming little spot with a nice atmosphere. We dined in for lunch and found the price per person to be $20-30. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5. We highly recommend trying the Upside Down Pizza and Cheesesteak. There is plenty of parking available, including paid street parking options.

Sam's is a neighborhood place that is just phenomenal, the food is spot on , I've yet to have a bad experience. Bar staff just awesome, clean well maintained, owner should be proud
