I placed an online order and received a call back informing me that they were out of the topping I wanted. That was fine, so I chose another topping, but they were out of that one as well. It was a bit frustrating, but I understood that these things happen. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I waited for nearly 10 minutes without any communication, even though I could see the staff right by the window. I rang the bell twice, but there was no response. Eventually, they handed me my pizza, but the box felt odd. Once I got home and looked at it more closely in the light, I noticed that half of the pizza was wet, as if it had been sitting in water. Ordered two pizzas last night. Took well over an hour to get here. The pizza was cold and had the consistency of cardboard. The 'wings ' were awful. The delivery guy instead of waiting for a tip just assumed we 'd tip him and didnt even offer to give us our change. If I could give our experience zero stars I absolutely would. Will not be ordering from this pizza hut again.
I called ahead to place an order for a pizza but was put on hold for an unusually long time. When I arrived, nobody seemed to notice my car waiting at the pickup area. I watched three different employees pass by and walk up to the window before I finally had to press the service button myself. Unfortunately, the pizza was terrible and undercooked!
I had a wonderful experience with the customer service! My order came out wrong, but the staff was so kind and quickly resolved the issue. Even though they were extremely busy, they handled the mix-up with such grace and warmth. I highly recommend this place! JBelle was the person who assisted me, and she was fantastic! I ordered a super supreme with cheese-stuffed crust, which I promptly dropped upon getting home with it. I called just to check if they had carryout insurance like Domino's. I don't think they do, but he told me that they'd remake it anyway. Consider me one very-satisfied customer!
Pizza was delicious however my friend got some hot wings and vomited all night. She was the only one who ate them.
I'm never going to eat Pizza Hut again. They always getting my orders wrong but tonight is the last straw.
