Just wanted to say I have never experienced the level of customer service that I received from the Cajun Cafe on New Year’s Eve. We had a small miscommunication about an oyster order and they had someone deliver my oyster order to the party we were at and waived the costs to make it right. You just don’t see that much now days and I will be a customer for a long, long time.
The food was decent, but the wait time was absolutely terrible—one and a half hours! We stayed because we really wanted the oysters, but we were disappointed to find only six left. It's almost funny... but seriously! There was also a loud, intoxicated man at the table next to us, and I felt bad for his wife and child; they were quite a spectacle.
I happened to be in the area and checked Google, which indicated that the restaurant was open on Saturday. I was craving crawfish, but when I arrived, it was closed. This was very disappointing. I won't bother making a special trip for this place again. It was 1 PM on July 23, 2022, and their stated hours for the day were 11 AM to 9 PM.
I came here for the first time and omg! I had a bowl of crayfish etouffee that did not last long. The fried crayfish meal was to die for!! Definitely going back (especially since I pass it twice a day). Thank you Delta Cajun Cafe, Farms and Market. Next time I will dine in though. So excited!! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Wow!! Loved eating there. Glad there's indoor dining too. Love their fried traditional catfish. Their coleslaw was ?love the hushpuppies too. My husband got the craw fish platter. Was huge. Had shrimp on a skewer too. Was very good. Great service. Girls very attentive. Will be back
I really love the JB location, but I was disappointed to find that the Paragould location is closed until next January. It would be helpful to have that information available on their website.
My mother and I were there the first part of May 2021. Had an enjoyable time and the food was great!
