The delivery driver was fantastic—very friendly, personable, and genuinely apologetic. You could tell she was putting in a lot of effort. However, the pizza arrived cold and excessively greasy. Additionally, the order took twice as long to arrive as initially estimated when I placed it online.
The pizza is decent, but the customer service is terrible! The manager seemed completely useless, just sitting there on his phone. I wasn't offered the coupon deal as promised. The manager's lack of competence was frustrating, and I definitely won't be returning to this restaurant.
I recently made a large order, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service! Everything was spot on and delivered hot. I especially appreciated the extra stack of napkins and the generous amounts of red pepper and Parmesan that came with the pizzas. Thank you so much!

I always have a great experience at this location. When Shawn is on duty, he has an amazing ability to predict your order even before you say a word. This is definitely one of the top Pizza Hut places to visit!
This is the fourth time in a row that I've received an order with missing items. This time, the delivery took over 40 minutes, only for them to discover that the driver had forgotten half of what I ordered.
