The young lady at the counter on Friday October 27, 2023 is very unprofessional. She is an black young lady with long braids. I walked inside and I spoke to her and she didnt speak back. I called in an order for 3 pizzas at about 3 4 to be picked up at 5:45. I got there well after 6 so plenty of time for it to be ready. When I go in the employee tells me that they’re still working on the last pizza, so I sat down and waited patiently. After about 10 15 minutes the employee comes back laughing and giggling saying that they dropped my pizza on the floor and they’re gonna have to remake. I understand accidents happen but to literally laugh in my face after yall didn’t have it ready at the promise time with ADVANCE notice is insane. In the end I think I got the pizza at like 7. The food was good but the service was terrible and I won’t be back.
They really need to close this location. I called in an online order with a guarantee of 30 minute delivery. After 30 minutes, I called the store and received horrible customer service. After a few attempts to call, I decided to drive to the store location. OMG!!!!! Once I entered the store, I experienced the ghetto attitudes from the white manager and black crew. I knew I was in a place where there is lack of common education and demanded my money back. I’ll never spend my money with this company again due to fact Pizza Hut hires incompetent people to run their business.

They tend to NOT follow directions OR make your pizza edibly wanting. If it's not sloppily put together. You can DEFINITELY tell whoever the cook is, they DEFINITELY don't want to be there by the look of the pizzas... this one looks better than the last one ordered... not ONLY is it supposed to be light sauce. But they definitely took the cheap route on the cheese
How is it that a pizza restaurant has no crust at 8pm on a Saturday and no one is trying to get any. Management is not doing there job and letting these young kids run the business into the ground. I went past 2 other Pizza Huts to come to this one which is closer to home #NEVERAGAIN
The facility where my food comes from is great during the daytime but the night shift has other things going on. The food isn't hot, sometimes cancel your order out of no where,never answers phone to accommodate you with a concern, some of your items are missing from your order.
I placed my order tonight at 10:30 and now the damn store is closed I’ve been calling since 11:15 and no answer and I drive over there and the whole damn place is closed I need my money back ASAP or there will definitely be a problem

I ordered a pizza and they didn't even cut it. when I called them they don't answer the phone. Emailed corporate and no response either.
Pizza Hut has always been my favorite from Childhood....parents use to take us there on the weekends loved it
