Pizza Hut Alabaster is truly disappointing. I've never had a positive experience there. They are consistently late with deliveries. On two occasions, my pizza arrived looking like it had been tossed around, with the slices crumbled together like a ball of paper. Each time, they apologized but never offered a refund or to replace the order. The bread is frequently undercooked as well. Right now, I’m waiting on an order that’s already 45 minutes overdue. You’d be better off ordering from Domino’s. Their menu might look appealing, but the service at this location leaves much to be desired.
Wow...Pizza Hut has really gone downhill. Need new management. Spent 30.00 on 2 pizzas and I could have gone somewhere else and received good pizza for that price. We ordered the BBQ pizza and have been getting it for years. It has always been good but this was dry, hardly any sauce and they forgot the cheese. Worst pizza ever. Pizza Hut has lost my business....it and because it used to be a great pizza place.
The pizza is excellent, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The cashier, Ashley Tatum, was unfriendly and didn’t greet me. When I said, "Hey, how are you?" she didn’t respond. Although my order showed as "ready" on the screen, she told me I still had to wait. She seemed like she’d rather be anywhere else—no smiles or warmth at all.
My new Go To Boneless Wing location. I used to go to one that was closer to my house, but after trying out this location, and seeing not only how friendly and personable they are to customers, but the taste and size and quality of the food, they're myweekly go to spot to enjoy a delicious lunch!

The 5 dollar deal is pretty good. I ordered pizza, garlic knots, and wings. Guy behind counter brought me pizza and knots. I told him I also had wings. He didn't look happy. He threw some wings in a container and shook them for maybe 5 seconds. There was no garlic parmesan sauce on the wings.
I give you a 4 because the pizza is always great. My experience at this Location wasn't that great. No one answered thr phone to take my order so I went to the store. There was only 2 employees working and one was having to leave for deliveries. People hasgot to get back to work.
Unfortunately I?m super disappointed. Our pizza is cold, has no sauce, and tastes really bad. I?m almost mad cause we paid $40 for 2 pizzas and it?s really bad. Definitely won?t order again.
I haven?t had Pizza Hut in quite a few years due to a bad experience at the Helena Store. Alabaster was completely different, great customer service, and a welcome back.

You can never go wrong with Pizza Hut. The staff was friendly. The space was clean. And the pizza was good.
The staff are friendly and well-informed about the menu and current promotions.
