Pizza Hut Alabaster is really a joke. I've never had a good experience with them. They're always late. I've had pizza delivered twice that looked like the box was shaken and the pizza looked like a ball of crumbled paper. Both times this happened they said sorry and didn't offer a refund or to bring another pizza. The bread is always under cooked. At the moment I'm waiting on a order that's 45 minutes late so far. Order from Domino's and you'll be better off.
Wow...Pizza Hut has really gone downhill. Need new management. Spent 30.00 on 2 pizzas and I could have gone somewhere else and received good pizza for that price. We ordered the BBQ pizza and have been getting it for years. It has always been good but this was dry, hardly any sauce and they forgot the cheese. Worst pizza ever. Pizza Hut has lost my business....it and because it used to be a great pizza place.
Pizza is great, however customer service is not so good. The girl at the cash register (Ashley Tatum) was not friendly at all, she didn?t greet me. I said ?Hey how are you?? she didn?t say anything. My order was ?ready? on the screen but she told me I had to wait because it wasn?t ready. She just looked like she?d rather be somewhere else. No smiles, etc.
The most delicious and satisfying pizza I've ever had! The atmosphere is fantastic, with pizzas that have a unique twist. The restaurant spans two floors and features a beautifully decorated outdoor area. The staff is friendly and youthful, and it wasn't overly crowded. The 5 dollar deal is pretty good. I ordered pizza, garlic knots, and wings. Guy behind counter brought me pizza and knots. I told him I also had wings. He didn't look happy. He threw some wings in a container and shook them for maybe 5 seconds. There was no garlic parmesan sauce on the wings.
I had an amazing experience! The restaurant was bustling with customers, but the staff quickly directed us upstairs and assisted us with our orders, offering excellent suggestions. As a foreign student, I would highly recommend this place.
Honestly, Pizza hat is the best pizza in Sweden. So fresh, so delicious, so sweet! You'll never be disappointed! Any recommendation.
