I'm not usually a big fan of Pizza Hut, but I think this particular location deserves some praise. I ordered 10 pizzas for my child's birthday party, and one of them needed to be cheese-free due to a dairy allergy of one of the kids attending. When I got there, they were still packing up my order, and the manager made a point to use a separate cutting board and knife for the pizza without cheese. I was really impressed by how much care they took to avoid any cross-contamination. If they are this diligent with a non-dairy pizza, I believe the rest of their kitchen must be very clean as well. I ordered online through pizza hut and a door dash delivery driver called me and stated that there were no more Cajun frys. I put in 2 orders totaling 24 dollars. Door dash guy said I need to contact door dash for refund. I called pizza hut and they said they can't do anything on their end. So door dash called me that night and said I will get a refund. Well that was 3/5/24 and nothing came in. I called door dash 3/16/24 and they said refund was sent and I need to call the bank. Called the bank and there is no evidence of a refund to my account. Frustrating...better off picking up your food since I lost or had my money stolen by door dash and Pizza Hut cant do anything. Ridiculous!
Nobody was there except the guy making the pizza. Atmosphere had 2 cones near a wall with pizza boxes behind it. Not too much room. Monitor showing orders ready was off. Guy making pizzas had to turn around n call someone to help me. That particular person made an sarcastic comment about my order as well. Never will i return to this location. Bad service and unprofessional. That person needs a slap across the face
I love Pizza Hut and this place is the closest to me. The first time they burnt my pizza, I figured it was maybe off day. I went today and sad to say my food was burnt again. My fault for not looking before I left. I encourage everyone to check their food prior to leaving just in case. Staff was friendly which was great but yeah.

My order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. My app alerted me that my order was ready about 25 minutes later but when I went to pick it up they just started my order, so I waited 40 minutes for my order and all I had was 1 personal pan and 1 order 8 piece honey bbq wings boneless. SMH
We walked in, placed our order, and our food was ready in under 15 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant. The restaurant was clean, and the service was exceptional. Overall, it was the best Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had.
Suzette is amazing. An outsourced door dash driver delivered my meal to the wrong address and didn't return after I let him know we didn't get it. Suzette completely rectified the situation! Grateful for her integrity!
I had the best pizza I've ever tasted from them, and their wings are the best on the island!
