If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The lady I just spoke to was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. My wife and I placed an order over the phone for 6 pizzas to take to my daughter's school for her birthday. They took my order, told me it would be ready in 25 minutes, and when I arrived, the door was locked, the lady was sitting in her chair at the front, wouldn't open the door and when I called she told me they were closed. I made the order at 1030, when Google and the sign on the front of the restaurant says they are open. She wouldn't explain anything to me, didn't even offer an apology and hung up on me. Pizza Hut was one of my favorite places to eat as a kid, especially when I earned free personal pan pizzas via the Book It program. I had a bad experience about a year ago and gave up on Pizza Hut. I decided to try a different location. Aside from my order being inaccurate the food was delicious.
I had a disappointing experience at the Pizza Hut in Owings Mills. The food was not up to par; my pizza had only a few pieces of pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. There was more sauce than cheese, and the stuffed crust was hollow. I definitely won't be returning.
Past their prime....how do you mess up your OWN pizza recipe? (The crust USED to be the BEST I wish you guys would spend more on the pizza less on commercials....I put PH up there with store brand frozen.....

I ordered food, and it took 2 and a half hours for it to be delivered. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. This is by far the worst place to order from.
Remains the best place to get pizza anywhere food is delicious staff friendly and knowledgeable id recommend there menu to anyone
The pizza here is excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. This is definitely my new go-to pizza place!
