It was several months that were last there. Passing by it recently reminded me of the unpleasant service we had received, so it prompted me to write this.We have been there often over many years. The Chinese lady and Gentleman who are usually there are great, always being prompt, pleasant and most attentive. However the last time we went (either November or December last year) they were not around and the server was new to us. When we arrived she was busy chatting to someone she knew while we waited. I think this is a great deal. All you can eat lunch buffet of pizza for cheap, salads and some pasta included. Lots of refills and huge glasses of pop when you purchase a drink, and they were quick to give refills. I have noticed all Pizza Huts are a little different. This one has been on of my faves as I feel the salad has more dressing and the pasta more cheese and more flavor. The refilling of the buffet pizza was very good due to a larger crowd a lunch. It helps with the coming out of new a fresh pizzas when they are busy. The bread sticks not so much but who needs so much bread when you have all you can eat pizza? Plus, you can dip your pizza in sauce also, and don't forget the hot chil...
Food was, by any common-sense standard, nasty. No sane person with reasonable chance of survival without their food would choose to eat here. We were handed large pizzas, and literally HALF a slice into it, we started spitting it out and informed our server (who was nowhere to be found for 20 minutes). After tracking someone down, we waited for alternatives, but we were given none; Remember, we had only eaten HALF of ONE SLIDE PER PIZZA.I am not the one to ask for a refund when I am half way done, this was just half a slice. A group of friends visit this place on a monthly basis after a badminton game. Food such as garlic bread, french fries and chicken wings appetizers - all excellent followed by deep dish and edge less pizza. Eric is one of the best waiter and knows how to make up a best package of different items, not to mention the flow of the beers. This location is a standby for our family outings. The food consistently meets expectations, the staff are courteous and the service is prompt.Even if you have to find parking down the line at this strip mall, it's well worth the stop. They seem to work harder for the business than the two box-style franchises across the highway.
Every day of the week there is a new special. These are the only pizzas we order as they are great value. It comes in a large and this location never fails to deliver. They're fast and make great pizza.
Went on a Friday for $7.99 buffet lunch. Tailor your expectations based on the price. However, there was a constant stream of fresh pizza and the breadsticks were always hot and fresh too.
visited this Pizza Hut at Christmas time. They were busy with a children's party. We were served promptly. Service was outstanding.
