I'm quite disappointed with this Pizza Hut. We ordered some pizza and wings, and realized we forgot to add ranch or something similar to our order. So, we called the location we ordered from through the app. The girl who answered added the requested item and took our card information. However, when our food arrived, the dipping sauce we requested was missing. I know it might seem trivial to be bothered by something like a dipping sauce, but it's frustrating when a place takes your call and pretends to care about customer service when they clearly don't follow through. It just feels rude and lazy. That's all there is to it.
They work extremely slow. They have terrible customer service. I had already purchased my food and came back 20 minutes later and no one came to the register for another 20 mins.. I had to call there phone in order for someone to come to the front.. myfood was cooked terribly and they still took another 10 mins just to bring me my food even though they told me it was ready..just don?t come here..
I can honestly say this location is on point and the customer service they offered was above and beyond, the cleanliness of the store I was impressed they have certainly changed the culture from 3years ago.. Way to go Pizza Hut!!!!
It depends on who's in there if your food is going to be good or not my last experience was horrible no sauce on the pizza and it was undercooked y'all need to upgrade the service like it used to be ASAP

Pizza Hut offers Good food and good meal deals. They have Fast Friendly Service. Ordering online is Super Easy. Give them a call or order online .. they will not disappoint.
Enjoyed some pie with friends from a takeaway. No one does it quite like The Hut! Everything was hot, fresh, and the service was friendly. Thank you, everyone!
The pizzas are fantastic, and the staff are very courteous and responsive on the phone. This is my favorite pizza place in the Bartlett area.
Every time I order delivery, it arrives late and cold. I could have a better meal with frozen pizza. I recommend calling Marco's instead.
