The wait was extremely long on Sargent rd. I was told 10-20mins. I waited over 1 hour and requested online curbside. I called many times and was left on hold for over 20mins. So I had to go inside to get order where there was a lot of people. No social distancing in place. It was overcrowded. I will not return again. Pizza was waiting to be picked up. The pizza was cold. Very dissatisfied
Everything went smoothly during my visit. I was looking for something affordable and quick, and Pizza Hut met my needs perfectly. The only drawback was that the available deals didn't include the pizzas we were interested in. It would be great if they could update their offers to include a wider variety of pizza options.
Usually happy with the service but they seem to get backed up/forget who's standing in front of them. Today my pizza took more than 2x the quoted time. For a personal pan pizza. No staff members seemed to care that I waited for 20min. Not coming back. And this has been my preferred pizza hut for two decades.

I had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut! The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The pizza was served fresh and hot, and I didn't have to wait long after placing my order. Fantastic job! I will definitely be back soon.
