We visited this Pizza Hut last Sunday to grab dinner. They allow two customers in the store at a time for ordering or pickups, and it's also possible to place your order over the phone for either pickup or delivery. The staff was friendly and served us promptly, and we had no issues with the ordering process. Once we got home and enjoyed our meal, everything tasted wonderful, and there were no mix-ups with our order. This location is in a small plaza, surrounded by other restaurants and shops. Parking was abundant, so we easily found a spot. The entrance and walkway are wheelchair accessible as well. I will definitely be coming back. #Tonetta
The restaurant urgently needs to enhance its cleanliness. I took my daughter to order a personal pan pizza, but we ended up leaving without placing an order because she said, "Mommy, it smells bad in here. Let's go." It was disheartening to see trash piled up by the counter as well. The smell was strong enough to make me feel nauseous. If a child notices something so unpleasant, it clearly indicates that the restaurant needs to improve. I'm not willing to risk getting food poisoning, especially since my sister had a bad experience here before.
This restaurant consistently offers excellent quality. I typically order pizzas on Friday and Saturday nights, and they're usually quite fresh during those busy times. There have been a few occasions when the crust wasn’t as crispy as I’d like or the breadsticks had less cheese than expected, but the positive experiences more than make up for those minor issues. I also want to give a special mention to the delivery driver who called to let me know, "The Eagle has Landed," when he arrived.
The service really left a lot to be desired—it could use significant improvement. When I called to inquire about the absence of Parmesan cheese on the menu, the staff member was quite rude. Rather than offering me a shaker to compensate for the oversight, she seemed more focused on charging me extra for someone else’s error. Furthermore, my pizza was dry and poorly sliced. On the upside, my delivery driver, Jeremiah, was excellent—definitely a 10/10! Thank you, Jeremiah!

The pizza tasted as if it had been sitting out all day. The sauce was quite bitter, and they charged me $5 for a standard 2-liter soda, only to later inform me that it was unavailable. I'm giving it 2 stars because my kids still managed to eat it after I tried to improve it. I'm considering cooking more at home now. What happened to upholding brand integrity?
I absolutely love the wings at this place! Whenever I’m not cooking them myself, I always order from here. Every flavor is fantastic, and they’ve never let me down. The staff is super friendly too—no issues at all! Honestly, I think their wings are even tastier than Wingstop’s!
The service was extremely poor. The staff were rude, and the manager offered no assistance. We waited an hour for our order, and when we decided to cancel, they refused to issue a refund. The manager even told us to leave without the pizza we had already paid for.
Pizza Hut used to be our favorite spot before we moved, but this location has been quite disappointing. The pizza always ends up dry, even when we pay extra for cheese or ask for extra sauce. There’s never enough cheese or sauce!

The food was tasty, but the eight pieces of boneless chicken and pepperoni on the Pep Lovers pizza had very little sauce, making it feel more like a standard pepperoni pizza instead.
