Pizza is generally good, we used to order from them in Greece, and since our move to Perinton we started ordering from the new Fairport location. I would say we order a fairly significant amount of pizza and wings in any given year. I was disappointed with the customer service on my most recent order. I thought Marks Pizzeria was good? I will not have any other pizza ever again unless it is Caraglios. In my opinion, the dough is the best. Absolutely BEST. Tried this place at first because it was on my way to my grandmas and it was easy enough to grab us something on my way to visit, but I have to say I am so in love with the pizza here. Cooked right ,lots of toppings, and the dough is perfectly balanced with the crispy/chewy. I personally love the deal they have on Wednesday. Took more than an hour and a half when we ordered hours before hand. I am very disappointed and all they offered us was 25% off the next order. There will be no next order, I will never be going back. Called one of the managers and he basically told me I was being unreasonable. I ended up just picking up the order myself because I obviously could not rely on them. Tried to give the new pizza place a try and I regret it. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I experienced a frustrating delivery with my pizza order. I placed the order at 5:00 PM for a 6:15 delivery time, but at 6:35, I had to call and was unexpectedly disconnected. When I called again, I was told my pizza would arrive in about 10 minutes. It finally showed up at 6:55, but it was cold and the dough was tough. I had ordered a thin crust, but instead received a medium crust that was quite chewy. I think I’ll go back to Mark’s next time.
The food here is excellent, but they definitely seem to be under-staffed during lunch. They often run out of pizza by noon, and usually only have cheese available. If you plan to order takeout, it's best to call ahead; otherwise, you can expect to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes for your order.
It took more than an hour and a half for our food to arrive. The pizza was dry, and when we requested extra hot sauce, we received three blue cheese servings instead. The wings were also tough and difficult to chew.

The Buffalo wings were outstanding, and the pizza was tasty as well. The staff was fantastic—prompt, friendly, and attentive to my needs.
