I have stayed in numerous 4 and 5-star hotels, and unfortunately, this one does not qualify as either. While there are some positive aspects, especially the helpful staff, the rooms—though clean—fall short of the standards one would expect from a 5-star suite. For example, the lid on the ice bucket was dirty, and the coffee maker continues to run until all the water spills over the counter. I could list more issues, but I don't feel it's necessary.
Upon arriving, feeling hot and weary, we were delightfully surprised by the exceptional service, delicious food, and fantastic location of this wonderful restaurant. It's completely open-air, situated between the hotel pool and the bay. I ordered the crab cake sandwich, which I highly recommend.
The food was fantastic! The Reuben, broccoli cheddar soup with chips, and homemade dip were all amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and fun. It's a great spot, and we'll definitely return. They also have live music on Fridays and Saturdays.

The food is fast and tasty, offering a wide variety of options. The ambiance is lovely, and the bar staff delivers outstanding service directly to your table or couch.

"Nice view, great staff service and food was good. Fried peppers were great, not too hot but tasty. Rum bucket was fun; grouper nuggets, gator bites, calamari was average. French fries were better than expected. Recommend the Mahi Shrimp Platter as awinner."
