Poor effort from the staff! I was just hung up on after being lied to. Ordered around 8pm on a Friday night. Call at 9.06, telepromter says my order is dye to arrive at 9.05 talk to staff she talks to other staff who I can hear say its not even in yet then continues to try and tell me that my order is in the oven and will be a minimum of 30 minutes before I receive it 2.7km away. Pathetic performance. When asked how they think this is reasonable they had no excuse and when I said my kids have to wait until almost 10 pm for dinner and that it's not good enough she hung up.
