I received a call just 15 minutes after placing my online order, informing me that the restaurant had run out of delivery drivers and was canceling my order. Their website states that if the delivery takes over 50 minutes, it's free; however, if they cancel due to not having enough drivers, I'm left empty-handed. I'm not writing this negative review based on just one bad experience—I've encountered several issues like this before. It's simply poor business practice to treat customers this way.
We stumbled upon this charming little pizza spot on our way back from a fishing trip with my 5-year-old daughter. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, which was a delightful surprise because it was on special! To our delight, the staff invited my daughter to help make the pizza, and she was overjoyed to participate. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place. It's run by wonderful and kind people, and I truly hope they thrive!
I ordered and there was a mistake. They sent me a cheese pizza instead of all dressed. I called customer service to complain and they quickly agreed to send me the right order. The one star on this review reflects the service I got from the delivery girl, which was outrageous, she called me three times to demand that I call customer service back to lie and tell them that I had in fact received the right order when I had not Because this was her job as she put it. I am surprised to see how good the reviews are of this place? The pizza dough is excellent, but twice I have ordered and the cheese is not melted? it?s just dry chunks.. and the poutine is TERRIBLE! The service here is outstanding! I frequently order from this restaurant, and my favorites are the Hot Honey and Florentine gourmet pizzas. They offer a fantastic selection of toppings, and their chicken wings are incredible as well.
Pizza Pizza has a great menu, lots of options. But this Pizza Pizza has the GREATEST service! Always happy and courteous. Sally Tajinder, you're doing great!
