I ordered pizza through the Pizza Pizza app, and experienced multiple glitches that made it really frustrating. After three attempts, I finally managed to place my order. I tried to get a regular pepperoni pizza, but couldn’t find that option. When I clicked on the plant-based pepperoni, I switched to the veggie option and then back to meat, where I finally found the normal pepperoni. I thought I had removed the plant-based option successfully. I also added green olives, believing my selections were correct before placing the order. However, when my pizza arrived, it was completely wrong: it had plant-based pepperoni, no olives, and one single mushroom. I called the restaurant for help, but...
There 's always an old man working in this outlet, he 's extremely rude and doesn 't talk in a good way. Yesterday i went for cheese slices and there 's another guy he told me they were out of the slices but if I wait 10-15 mins he can make new ones, I agreed and was waiting for the slices. The old man came in from the backroom of the store and asked me for what I was waiting, I told him the guy is making fresh cheese slices for me as they are out of stock. The old man got cranky and immediately stopped the guy that was making cheese slices, I asked why ? He told me only the slices you see are available get it or leave. I asked but why? He said the business is low and he couldn 't afford it....
I recently ordered delivery from Pizza Pizza, and it was excellent! The ordering process was simple, and the pizza arrived hot and fresh. The crust was crispy, the sauce had a nice tang, and the toppings were plentiful and full of flavor. The buffalo wings made a great addition to the meal. I highly recommend it! I also want to highlight how wonderful the delivery driver, Cheryl, was. She was friendly, courteous, and delivered the order with a smile.

Fire this dude name Sam. Extremely rude. Ordered through Uber pick up and Sam harassed me. Showed him my phone with the order on it, told him my exact order, told him my name that matched with the order, and still didn’t give me my order. Was yelling at me too.I don’t wish his attitude on my worst enemy.
Man serving me today for dinner time is so good and nice .. even people came in super nice and polite. Fresh slices came out around 5 and glad to choose the fresh one no attitude m thanks will definately want to come back if had to choose between a few places in area.!!

I had a terrible experience at another Pizza Pizza nearby, but I wanted to give the company another chance. I was pleased; the custom pizza was good, although nothing extraordinary. However, the service was fantastic!
