If you manage to make it through the front door alive after slipping and sliding on the ceramic tile outdoor stoop ( who's brainchild was that)? turn around, leave and count yourself lucky. We wanted to go to Bedrock Pizza but it was closed as was much else on a Sunday night so we ended up here. The slices looked so dried up and disgusting we ordered our own Mediterranean and waited the 15 minutes so that we'd be guaranteed a good pizza. Nothing good about it. Crust was soggy yet burnt. Topping? I can't say because there essentially was none. I got 1 piece of zucchini and 1 strip of onion per piece where the other 4 topping were I can't say. Maybe they ran for their lives too!Don't eat here....
This Pizza Pizza location, on the main street of Gravenhurst, is not just another pizza place. It doubled in size a few years ago because it's a hit with locals as well as the many visitors to this part of Muskoka. Pizza, the perfect food, in Muskoka, the most Canadian part of Canada, is a formula for success that's hard to beat and good to eat.
We had a small kids birthday party meal in which we used 2 tables and a table cloth. Couple balloons etc. Afterwards went elsewhere for the play party. All that aside the customer service was next level. Top tier. They went above and beyond for my sons birthday party meal. Restaurant was clean and welcoming as well as staff. Highly recommend.
Hate to say it, but screws up our order every time. Last time we went in to complain, they did NOTHING to fux the problem, and instead put the blame on us. like it was our fault they gave me poor looking undercooked pizza and didnt give me the dipping sauces/pop that they charged me for. We had Pizza Pizza delivery on a recent stay at the Marriott in Gravenhurst. Our order arrived within 20 minutes of placing it. The pizza was hot and exactly what I ordered. The pizza was great.
Used to have them every week. 3 weeks straight the pizza was terrible. Received a 20 buck voucher, was not deducted from bill the third week of sub par pizza. no more.
Nothing spectacular about this particular restaurant but it's pretty uniform to any other pizza pizza. The delivery drivers are always very friendly and on time.

Order was taken quickly. Cooked to perfection. No seating area which is a downside, just take out. They have good deals. Pizza pop combos and wings
