The Worst manager Amber ever ....I tried calling my family in something this afternoon and she answered and started off being totally rude ,horrible attitude ever to be in the restaurant business answering phones if this store wants to keep returningcustomers 'which my family just changed our store and chain now because of this TRI COUNTY Worker -who showed up at the wrongplace of employment ....She hung up the phone on us over 3 times to begin with and then kept yelling for me to slow down talkingand was even getting into my family 's personal conversation by screaming at me over my daughters personal business in my homein the background and after we gave her our personal debit card number...
I like it! They have personal pizzas which is what i ordered bc I just wanted a quick snack. It was enough for two people to share. It took maybe 7-10 min to make. Ordered just cheese, extra crispy for 6 bucks. Pizza was cut in tiny slices which was adorable, felt like a school kid again. It had a perfect combo of cheese to sauce ratio and nice combo of crunchy to soft texture. Staff was very nice and even showed us what the pizza looked like before placing an box to make sure it was crispy enough. It was a slow night and the place was very clean. I would come here again and explore other options.
I've been ordering from the Russellville location for over a year, but it seems to be declining rapidly. I placed an order at the drive-up window for two sandwiches and was told it would take about 15 minutes for them to bring it to my car. After 30 minutes, I went back to the window and found my sandwiches just sitting on top of the oven. I ordered a meatball sub, but the meatballs were virtually non-existent; instead, there were just very thin slices of meat. The sandwich turned out to be mostly bread and sauce. I won't be coming back to this location.
Cheese sticks did not have Pepe butter and we ordered Buffalo wings but received no Buffalo sauce. We spent over $85 on the whole order and only received a $15 credit from the temporary manager. The wings were $24 and the cheese sticks were $16. You do the math. $40 for $15. What a disappointment Andy Morrison!

I had the buffet, which included unlimited drinks, pizza, and salad, all for around 12 dollars. I left feeling completely stuffed! As for parking, there are plenty of spaces available since there were only three other customers there at the time. Overall, ample parking.
Came in at lunch time for the buffet didn?t have fresh pizza, barely any plates, had to get our own drinks, then we had to hear all the drama from the workers complaining about no tips! No wonder! This place has went down hill since it has moved to the newbuilding!
Terrible experience we were there about an hour they brought out one pizza,one order cheese stix and cinnamon stix i don't even eat cinnamon stix.i feel like pizza plus robbed me that was not a buffet and it tasted like glue btw
I ordered chicken fajita pizzas, but I feel like I got Taco pizzas instead. The pizza were good, but I was still very disappointed.

Buffet was barely a buffet. Save yourself some money, buy a large to go so you can at least get a pizza you want.
Always a good pizza joint. Good salad bar and fresh hot pizza.
