It's unfortunate that I don't speak French, but the staff at Pizza Salvatoré who answer the phone can understand and speak English quite well. They say, "I’m sorry, sir, I can't understand English; I will transfer you to my colleague who speaks English well." If they can say that much, they should be able to understand my requests. After a 17-hour drive, all I wanted was some food from the menu, but instead, I encountered these issues. This has happened to me twice now. Truly disappointing. God bless you.
This was my first time at Pizza Salvatoré, and I really appreciated that it stays open late. The menu offered some unique choices, and we decided to try creative combinations like Thai-style pizza and popcorn chicken poutine. We also ordered wings and poutine pizza, all of which were delicious. Since we chose takeout, the pizza got a bit soggy by the time we ate it, but everything still tasted amazing!
I ordered online, which was fairly straightforward. However, the so-called real-time tracking wasn't very reliable. I got a regular crust vegetarian, a Canadian, and a Hawaiian pizza. They were fresh and hot, with generous toppings. The sauce on the pizzas had a nice balance of sweetness and tang. The veggie crust was a bit soggy, but it had good flavor. The service was decent overall.
The pizza and poutine at Pizza Salvatoré were absolutely delightful! The vegetarian and Mediterranean pizzas were loaded with toppings, and the sauce was bursting with flavor. The poutine featured a rich brown gravy and was seasoned perfectly. Without a doubt, this is the best we've tasted in town so far.
