Service 3/5 The gentleman that served me didnt seem happy nor was he pleasantToppings 4/5 Good choices, they were also very generous. Lost 1 start cus it was pretty salty.Crust 0/5 Paper thin and i love thin crust, but this was THIN. Soggy in the middle. When i lift up a slice, it shouldnt flop over. Crust also didnt have much flavor (i got the traditional one). It was just too soft. And guess what, it'll always be like this. See below why.Extra thoughts This pizza is cooked through this heated conveyor belt looking thing. It cooks every pizza within 2 minutes, no matter how little or much toppings you have which doesnt make sense. Some of my toppings were burnt before the crust was cooked....
Love the look of the place! And so big and spacious inside too! The pizzas come in two sizes and you can create your own or get some of their own chef creations pizzas. I opted for the chef ones with the truffled mushroom and the beast. The beast is pretty much a meat lovers type pizza. The taste was actually really good! Especially that pizza dough. Nice fresh and soft with that firm bite on the outer layer! The toppings seemed pretty fresh too! And it goes into an oven and spits it out in 3 mintutes. I am here twice and I really love this place! I really love their “Create you own pizza” menu, I can get a great selection of toppings and they are all unlimited. the employees are always so patient to give me enough time to decide what I want. I also like their thin crust, and any pizza is made per order. 10” is good enough for 1 person to serve (if they don’t eat small) they can also request the half to share with children. very friendly and flexible for customized pizza. my children tried the poutins and they love it. only too bad that they do not use veggie-based or mushroom-based engraving, otherwise it would be perfect for vegan choice.
I recently ordered a personal pizza from pizza studio and for the most part I left satisfied. The staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining the entire process. There are abundance of toppings for no extra cost including drizzles of sauces once the pizza is baked (a few speciality toppings where a dollar or so extra, ex. Vegan cheese). The pizza baked quickly in 3 minutes and I had enough pizza for a lunch and dinner for myself for about $16. The four stars is due to the pizza being a bit undercooked on the bottom.
great discovery. our favorite is the truffle mushroom pizza. pizzas are usually ready within 10 minutes and always satisfy our demand. there is a regular female staff that is good at customers and makes pizzas. I'm not sure if it was another worker who made the other pizza we had (meat lover) or if it was just the oil of the beats, but the one had a soggy crust. we will definitely return to the truffle mushroom pizza.
had a huge order of about 30 pizzas. they were very courteous and friendly. I called before the time to place the order and they made sure they had every detail. they also wrote the names on the boxes for each pizza. When I arrived, it was a smooth transaction and they even helped me carry everything into my car. I will order from them again. delicious pizzas!
Last Friday I walked into this new pizza store for the first time and this young gentleman I believe his name was Michael made the experience a lot easier for me. He showed me and my children patience and was very helpful with the menu. Due to how excellent the customer service was I will likely be making a visit again. Great staff work !
For $15 a pizza, this wasn't impressive. Dough was too chewy and not crispy, portions were small, they burnt the Margherita pizza and the truffle mushroom was extremely oily/greasy. It wasn't terrible but definitely not an exciting thing to order in for an evening meal.
My friend ordered 4 pizza for our party tonight. It was delicious, especially the truffle mushroom pizza ! Loved it ! The pizza arrived a little cold cause Uber took a while but it’s Halloween so I underhand. I will definitely order from them again!
