Our server took our drink order quickly and delivered the drinks, but after that, we didn't see him again until we went to the front to pay (without receiving a ticket), where he was also acting as the cashier. There were no drink refills offered, and we weren’t asked whether our meal was satisfactory—he seemed completely absent. The booth next to ours had to request forks, as there were none available on the buffet. When I shared my disappointment with both the male server and a female server, she appeared to care, albeit minimally, while he was too preoccupied with trying to get his payment card to work to show any concern. I have consistently received great customer service at this restaurant. The wait staff and management have always been excellent. Of course, everyone can have an off day, and it's possible to encounter a less-than-enthusiastic staff member now and then. However, the food is excellent, especially the lasagna. The salad bar is always fresh and never has brown lettuce. They also serve the best and coldest draft beer in the area.
The food was hot and tasty, and they consistently refreshed the pizza bar with a variety of options. However, the salad bar on the other side was always bare during our visit, and I never saw any fresh salad available to make a salad.
Whenever we visit our family, we make sure to eat at Pizza Village at least twice. We've consistently experienced great service, and the pizza here is our favorite. Neither Pizza Hut nor Pizza Inn can compare to it in our opinion. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I was expecting decent pizza, and maybe a cold beer too. The pizza was excellent, and you can't go wrong with Landshark for beer. However, I was truly blown away by the service and the heartwarming smile from Rayanna. Thank you!
Ray, who is nearly 14, loves the pizza so much that he typically has it once a week. Since he enjoys it, I suppose I have to enjoy it too! Delicious! Pepperoni, extra cheese, and a thin crust!
