Fuimos a cenar dos adultos y un niño en un Jueves. El restaurante se encontraba muy tranquilo. Disponen de una pequeña terraza exterior en la calle y el lugar es muy amplio. La carta resulta muy extensa y realizan paellas y asados por encargo además de tener servicio para llevar. Pedimos pan de ajo que llegó en formato pizza lo primero. En esta ocasión nos decantamos por una Pizza Carbonara con Cebolla Dulce y preparada al momento en su horno de Leña. Un Antipasto de Verduras asadas con Pesto y Ensalada con Tortellini La verdad es que no fue mi ensalada favorita de las que he probado pero es cuestión de gustos y todo estaba bien. Para beber pedimos una cerveza y una botella de agua de 500ml....

after many years it is still the best pizza in segovia for us. good teig, good products and cooked in a wood stove that shows a lot. the salates are also large and plentiful. In a suburb of Segovia this place tries to accomodate pizzas to spanish tastes but the result is unfortunately poor... No italy in the place, except the name ! But la vita was not very Dolce for us on that night !
buen trato, la pizza muy rica que es lo importante, la masa hecha a mano, los zutaten frescos, rapidez en el servicio y de precio como todas , la verdad la pizza parecía de horno de leña .
celebrate my birthday at dolce vita. we ordered vegetarian paella and lambbone on the last day to be served on my birthday. it is a cozy place with great food and great service.

The salads here are excellent, the pizzas are very tasty and are made on spot in front of the guests. The place is very cozy. We had a splendid time and hotly recommend it!
