We arrived at this beach and restaurant today intending to hire chairs and eat lunch. There are no signs anywhere to say that it is necessary to reserve or that the beach was full (there were plenty of empty seats). Having chosen five seats after about 90 mins we were ejected rudely without an apology to be told that someone had reserved those particular seats for a month. We offered to pay for seats and said that we had intended to have lunch there but we would go elsewhere to be told they didn't have a kitchen- although we were sitting outside their restaurant. Went on the 29th August for lunch. I've read some comments that the staff don't speak a lot of English and our waiter apologized for that too, but when I'm here I like to expand my poor French and am glad if the opportunity. We were offered English menus (we declined). Now; the position is fantastic and they have put some effort into arranging the tables for two at the edge of the beach so that you both look out to sea (albeit there's a lot of brollys). We enjoyed our beachside evening at the Juanita so much we returned on two more occasions during our stay in Juin les pins.The setting is perfect with well spaced tables on the sand.Although a busy restaurant we found the staff and service were very efficient.Especially our waiter Matthew who was most charming and attentive.As lovers of fish we ordered the fillet of sea bass and the John Dory.Beautifully presented with sauce on the side and a very generous selection of vegetables.All cooked to perfection.At 21 euros each it was a memorable meal that as far as we researched was great value compared to the the other restaurants.No complaints at all,very satisfied customers.
Never post but had to this time. Opted for the lobster and shrimp salad x 2. Lobster meat was dry, GREEN and strategically covered with thousand island sauce. Totally bland. Mentioned to the waiter politely at the end and saw him pass on to the boss. They couldn't give too hoots it seemed. Paid, left and never to return. Being by the sea (like the many other restaurants) can represent the one star that you have to give. AVOID.

Try this beach restaurant for an evening meal on - literally ON - the beach. Nothing quite like it on a calm balmy evening as the sun sinks behind Saint Tropez in the far distant west. . . . and the cuisine is really very good - extensive menu, plenty of choice and charming service from the young waiter who gladly took a photograph of us when asked. just a dream spot for all romantics. Try it!
Juanita is a horrible establishment that thinks they can treat their customers badly just because they have a good location. They charged us full day price even though we were only there for two hours. All the servers were hanging out by the bar and no one wanted to take our orders - it took them forever to serve two beers. Overall, avoid if you can. Not worth your money.
Thought we would try again as the location is just perfect! However this has to be the most under managed restaurant in the south of France!! The staff could not care less if you were happy or not! If I ran my business like they run there's it would be bankrupt within a month! A warning to others AVOID AVOID!
We always head for our first night dinner on the beach after travelling from the UK. Moules and frites on the beach with a chilled glass of white and a beautiful view of the mountains towards Cannes. What more could you ask for?

We had a great lunch in this place. My wife had a Sea Bass and I had a Salmon. Cook to perfection, service was good.
Relaxed beach restaurant with day beds to hire. Best Mojitos in town. Salads and pizzas are great value
