Not a fan of this Planet Smoothie! Visited for the 1st time and the smoothie was bitter. I mentioned to the 2 employees working that the smoothie was bitter and not good, as I've had the same smoothie at a different location before. Neither employee was interested in my satisfaction. They advised me to request sweetener next time I come. It won't be a next time. Good customer service would have been for them to remake the smoothie since I expressed that I didn't like it at the first taste, so that I would want to return. Poor customer service and nasty bitter smoothie! No thanks! I will stick to Smoothie King!
This location is easily seen from the road. I didn 't have to wait to place my order. The guy working there was friendly and made some suggestions. He wasn 't pushy and let me take my time to decide. I finally went with the mountain man crunch with blueberries added. The medium is 32oz, so more than enough for me. It was delicious! I also got a vegan cookie. It tastes better than the regular cookies. I will definitely go back!
I don't think the rewards system is very effective. Normally, I purchase 4-5 drinks each time I go there, but I only get one scratch-off ticket. I raised this concern, expressing that it doesn't seem fair, but I understand it's part of their policy. Ever since I mentioned it, I've felt like I'm being treated coldly whenever I visit.
While it's not quite as good as Smoothie King, it gets the job done when you need a quick option. I'm not sure what causes the smoothies to taste slightly off, but I'm not a big fan. They tend to be thinner compared to those from other places and feel more like something you could easily make at home.

I’ve been visiting this Planet Smoothie location since it first opened, and the owner and manager have truly done an outstanding job! Every time I come in, they greet each customer personally, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a smoothie that didn’t taste amazing. Highly recommend!

I’m not a fan of the reward system here. I usually buy 4-5 drinks during each visit and only get a scratch-off ticket, which I think is unfair. I brought this up, but now I feel like I'm being given the cold shoulder every time I come in.
I love the delicious smoothies at Planet Smoothie, and the staff there are incredibly sweet! The best part is that their menu keeps getting better and better every time I visit!
