My sandwich was delicious. The customer service was great! It was my birthday and I asked if they had a special for birthdays. The gentleman explain that I could go through their rewards app. He was very polite. Even though I didn't get a reward for my birthday they still made my visit pleasant.
The subs are fresh and taste great and the service is decent, but the restaurant itself is badly in need of a remodel. Everything is worn out and looks dated. Chairs and tables are wobbly. Floors badly scuffed and scratched. Decor choices were probably trendy/modern in 2008, but not in 2024.
This isn't your usual sneeze guard equipped sandwich factory. It's an actual shop where the staff is friendly and they seem to care about the food. The sandwiches are really good and there's a lot of variety in the menu.
The place was clean, and the service was great. I ordered the creamy crab, and it seemed like they forgot the creamy part because it was pretty dry and bland. My husband's sandwich was good.
My favorite sandwich shop is situated in one of the oldest buildings in the area. It has a wonderful local vibe and character. I just wish they had a location on the Missouri side as well!
We are a big fan of the hot subs Our sandwiches have always been hot and fresh and absolutely love the bread.
