I went in with a friend and went back 2 weeks later with my family. We had the stuffed yorkshire appetizer,steak sandwich, caesar salad, and soup. The soup was made there, really hearty and flavourful. The yorkies, oh,the yorkies, so very good. The gravy had great flavour, the roast was tender and the yorkies were light and lovely. My steak was cook perfectly and the caesar was good. I would recommend this place to anyone. There are so many things left to try out there!
I guess I just didn't expect a full on prime rib dinner. and so good too . ceaser salad to start. Yorkshire puddings, mashed and gravy, and DELICIOUS prime rib beef. and desert too. our server was just great. good thing this pub is not close to my home, or I would be there way more often, way out in Brock. The band was just setting up as we left. Wish we could have stayed. Why go anywhere else ?
Went over for lunch today, been there lots but first time to write a review. service was good and the food came fast. In times past the service was slow from the kitchen but these days it comes out quikly.Cream of celery soup was excellent and I should of had a bowl instead of just a cup
Went to Pogue for their Monday 2 for 1 Fish & Chips. The fish was cooked just right, and the Chips were flavorful, I had the 2 piece fish, it was a $1 more for the second piece., How could I not? It was more than enough.
I'm basically a foodie lover.. I go and try different places for food..!! This was one of the best.. I love the Stir-fry they make.. The Drinks are on a bit expensive cost..But it's worth it ????????
We go as a group to Pogues a lot and always have fun. The menu has something for everyone and the food is always good. Best chicken wings in town. The service is always good.
Had more fun than I expected. 3 rounds. Country, 90s and mix. Wings are plump and tasty. Nachos are very good.
I'm giving this place 2 stars because the food is fabulous! However, the service is awful.
