Point Burger Pewaukee

We didn’t get our food for over an hour. The server basically disappeared. I had to go search for her numerous times and couldn’t find her anywhere. The food was good aside from the cold soups. I also understand being short staffed or food taking a bit but the server never came back between or even said anything. A simple hey the kitchen it a little behind so it mighty take long would have been nice. Or even a check in to make sure we were ok or didn’t need refills. I asked her for boxes and the check and didn’t see her for another 25 minutes. We needed up being there for just under 2 hours with being sat right away for our reservations.

Service was not very good. Waitress at our table was flaky and literally did not listen to the needs of our table. Food was good but experience was ruined by the lack of service

Food was great. We had to wait over an hour for food, but our server was very nice and accommodating.

Food was just ok nothing spectacular. Cocktails weak and just ok
