I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my meal! The tonkotsu ramen and poke that my friend and I ordered were absolutely fantastic. The ramen broth was rich and thick, which I truly appreciated. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, making it a lovely option for a date. The maki rolls were a bit on the small side, but the other dishes came in generous portions, so I left feeling satisfied! Overall, it was a great value for the price. As for parking, there's a free lot nearby with a three-hour limit, conveniently located close to Starbucks!
I ordered a Jimmy Poke Burrito for takeout. Initially, having poke wrapped in seaweed felt a bit odd, but I ended up really enjoying it. Next time, I might choose a bowl instead. The flavors were fantastic, and the fish was very fresh. The ordering process was pleasant as well; the host guided me through the menu, answered all my questions, and even showed me where to sit while I waited for my food.
I was forced to give this place one star because there's nothing lower. Been here twice (because I believe in second chances in case it was an off day) absolutely not. Service is horrendous. Terrible. The food is really not good at all. Please avoid spending your money and TIME waiting on your food to be ready. It'll take over 45 min to get anything here.
We were craving ramen and found this place not too far from home. They were open until 10 PM on a Saturday, which was a plus. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff was friendly, but the ramen was just average—nothing special. We've enjoyed better at Strings Ramen and other spots.

I absolutely love this place! I took a while to leave a review because the driver made a stop at another restaurant before delivering my order, which I noticed on the tracking. However, it wasn't a big deal; the delay was just a bit longer than I anticipated.
Absolutely fantastic! This restaurant is a true hidden gem in Park Ridge. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the mango milk tea is expertly crafted. The service is prompt and courteous too. I frequently pop in here after getting my nails done next door!
They included all the sauces inside the burrito instead of serving them on the side as I requested, which made the sushi burrito a bit soggy. Other than that, I’ve ordered from here many times before, and the food is fantastic when they get it right.
The fish was spoiled, and now I feel unwell. I ended up having to throw away most of it, which is really disappointing because this was meant to be a special Mother's Day treat for me.

Sushi was too sweet, bulgogi tasted old and dry, and the ramen was similar to instant ramen. Way overpriced for the less than stellar quality received.
Excellent amazing food and service. The chef took the time to make our experience a unique one.
