My wife came in and tried to order to go and the guy working there on March 12th at 2:50 PM had the audacity to tell her sorry no English in perfectly understandable broken English and wouldn 't let her order. She called me to tell me what was happening and I couldn 't believe my ears. I went and called them and the same guy (there 's only 1 guy taking orders) took my order and even asked me if I wanted black tea or green tea. Again, in perfectly understandable English. They offer daily specials every week! We visited during lunch time and were seated promptly. The restaurant wasn't crowded, but there were many takeout orders coming in and out. The Taiwanese Sausage and Popcorn Chicken meals both came with rice, minced pork soup, and small side dishes. The portions were generous for the price, and the meats were cooked perfectly with flavorful sides. We also received Takoyaki as a complimentary appetizer, which was delicious and larger than other places we've been. The Milk Tea was not too sweet and tasty. This is the worst restaurant I've ever seen. I ordered takeout and didn't wait in the room, which was faster than the rest of my meals. My takeout wasn't ready yet, and one of the waiters told me it was her family's rule, so I had to return it
This restaurant is a hidden gem. The lunch special is a great value, priced around $15 and includes a tea, various appetizers, cold dishes, and your choice of main course. The mouthwatering chicken dish was both authentic and delicious.
Visited recently and had a fried fish lunch special (they have a rotating menu btw). The portion and quality was amazing, and it's only $13! Nowhere else can you find a deal like this.Great place for lunch, definitely recommend.
The owner shows preference towards non-Chinese customers and neglects those of Chinese descent. The restaurant was very unclean, with sticky floors, glass, and tables.
