About Pollo Cabana when we were close. Being new to Peruvian food, asking for proposals. The grilled chicken was tender and seasoned. The Ceviche was excellent. Since this is offered a dish in other parts of the world, Pollo Cabana is one of the best and most generous portions I had in a long time.
I arrange the 1/4 dark with curtains and green beans. The guy added yellow sauce that complicated the chicken and the plantains. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. It's just too bad that her toilet room is out of order.

Great! I have the charcoal grilled chicken breast with rice/beans and plantains. Chicken had a large crispy skin with perfectly delicate inside. Plantains were like candy. I just wanted to get around.
