Just had lunch with a friend at polos. Food was fine except for the cheese curds. We tried a couple of them each and my friend who’s been there many times said something tasted off about them so we asked to send them back. Waitress was super nice and brought them back to the kitchen for us. Then shortly after came back out with the same plate saying that the owner tried some and they were fine and that we ate half of them so we still had to pay. We asked to speak to the owner and when she came out, she said that she did try some off of our plate and so did “all the chefs in the kitchen” then sent that same plate back out which to me was a wild thing to do/admit to and is so disgusting. Went here for lunch with a friend, ordered cheese curds with other apps. Mentioned to the waitress the cheese curds tasted off (I order them every time I go) so she sent them back to kitchen. Moments later brought them back and said the general manager ate from our plate and said “they were fine” and that we ate half the plate. My new favorite Bar. I was blown away with how delicious their Bar pies and chicken cutlet panini was. The Honey mustard chicken cutlet mozzarella bar pie was so good with crispy fresh chicken cutlet and melting mozzarella. I never thought honey mustard would work on a pizza but they made it work really well. The bbq chicken pie was also good and I tried a chicken cordon blue panini which was super professional once again with crispy fresh chicken cutlet , ham , Swiss and a garlic mayo. One of the spirits inside would like the blonde who either has something to with the kitchen or around the kitchen or someone who works in or around the kitchen has something to do with this blonde to know tha the spirit is very fond of her. He is a man, wears a hat and smokes a cigar. He may have played an instrument or had something to do with music. Alot of ppl love this bar and their food. I give it 5 ghost cigars out of 5! And totally recommend especially if you'd like a friendly ghost experience at the bar and front seating area. Can't speak on the rest of the place . Outstanding! Very clean restaurant, great atmosphere with barn doors and stone accents, delicious fare, and very attentive, friendly service. I thoroughly enjoyed a pear and pistachio salad with grilled chicken. My salad was filled with delicious greens, dried cherries, pistachios, grapes, and gorgonzola cheese. It was huge! My mother enjoyed a Philly Cheesestrak and it was large enough for two meals. Tender and juicy steak on delicious Italian bread, and cheese, of course. Our server was thorough, friendly, and attentive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND POLOS!
Party: I did my daughters baby shower there and the staff was very attentive, to all at the shower. Appetizers were amazing. Food and desserts where all amazing and Fresh. The atmosphere was awesome. If you’re ever looking for a party place to go. It’s a very nice quaint place to go for a nice get together for birthday bridal shower, baby shower.retirement party. The hostess and staff are always respectful and attentive. We love Polo’s.
Stopped in at the newly built location that's just around the corner from.the old location. The place looks amazing and the food is still as amazing as it was the first time I came years ago. Portion sizes are off the charts and the prices match the plates perfectly. Two thumbs up!
