I'm mad and disgusting! Watch this place it must be closed! I usually never eat almost food, but decided to pamper. So I ordered, went to the house and when I was eating, I found a huge dead crisp cockroaches at the bottom of my food box! so friggin brut! I went back angry and never got a real apology, just one that they like their money back and they have the acknowledgement whaaatt are they kidding me! I naturally wonder about my money back, but I wonder if she would have given me my money back if I had no acknowledgement! this place must be closed. absolutely disgusting!
It is now 9:45pm and the location on white plains 2176 was closed! This is not the first time this location has closed more than 20 minutes before they are scheduled. This is a constant in our neighborhood by people who take our business forgranted! Thiswill not be my only complaint I will be making a corporate complaint as well. It's time that business stop capitalizing offbusiness in our neighborhoods without giving us the same level of service they do in non minority areas!!!
I don't understand why the spicy and mild options aren't separated. It's also frustrating that they can't serve the gravy separately with the large mashed potatoes. I think I may have to stop going to Popeyes because this is just unacceptable. On top of that, the chicken was so undercooked that we had to put it in the oven ourselves.
If 0 is here i want give. I received a link from Popeyes that if i order online i will get a free sandwich. I order 3 things and the lady refuge me to give my food. Even she dont want to return my money. Pakistani manager threat me to police. Because iorder their app.

The nuggets were lacking flavor and not very good. The fries were under seasoned and cold. We were very disappointed with our meal.

The mac and cheese was lacking in ingredients, which I found quite disappointing and unjust.
Everywhere else have some really good chicken, this one has 70% crust and 30% chicken ..
