this restaurant has a venerable service I will not recommend a restaurant that is not responsible for its fault or what appears on its menu on skip etc. I ordered the kerala fish fry on the leap it says its big fish roast with a 12 Oz container of rice and the rice never came I called and instead of taking responsibility to fix it tried to prove what I was saying was wrong and no responsibility accepted it squarely on the skipping of the crooked mistake. restaurant k worstala I have ever tried it in toronto. I would be happy to give them, if possible, zero or negative stars. they ruin the name. I'll never buy anything from here. käse naan und scheibenbutter masala order. what I got was a hard naan I felt like the package naan that we can buy from food shops with something cheese on the top. I had to reheat this in my microwave atmosphere to make it a little soft. This is an example how a restaurant shouldn’t be .The management doesn’t care about customers . Their food is too inconsistent. The Biriyani is good sometimes and it’s utter waste sometimes. Porotta is something you guys have to really work on . Please give consistent food and improve the quality of items . So far I am satisfied with the quantity , but please do work on the items.
The updates are better communicated if posted in google maps rather than while pasted on the door. I travelled for an hour to reach here and saw that they are sorry for being closed during this new year. Really sorry to say so, but please do let your customers know if you have any updates through google. Its sad to know once we reach the door.
I visited this place late today. I didn't expect the food to taste great. But I had to tell you the food tasted great and loved her service. The prices are also price!!!! Will definitely recommend this place to all late evening foods out there. Watch it out!!!!!!!
The beef roast and tomato fry are excellent. However, the biriyani was barely edible. Both chicken and mutton biriyani had strong flavour of something like biriyani essence that made it inedible.
Very Bad food Quality. Found Cork washer from Chicken Biriyani. Waited for Almost 20-30 mins to get food. Worst Experience ever.
This is no exaggeration. But this restaurant serves you one of the best Ghee Rice, Beef Roast and Chicken 65 combo. ??
