I love Popeyes but being just a business owner and seeing how businesses are running in this Lehigh Valley is sometimes very disappointing! No straws never come in my bag, no tissues, no condiments!!! This is big no! Then when u ask them for 1 Sauce...it's a charge then a awkward silence that I have pay for it??? They need people who are properly trained and staff that takes a job seriously. Way too many mistakes at this location. Sorry.
The overall experience was disheartening. Manager had no customer service and very racist demeanor about herself. My husband received a part of chicken he didn't order and when he went to fix the issue at the counter. The lady manager gave him a hard time. She looked at him in disgust as if he made the error and mumbled racial slurs as he walked away. We are very upset and won't be returning to this location ever again Service: Dine in

Food is solid as Popeyes typically is. Location has very slow service, didn't appear to be to much the fault of employees just everything was slow. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
