Worst fast food place ever! The place needs new management. The food was cold, and the chicken strips were undercooked. Every time I would come they would always close way before actual closing time and they would say that they threw away the batter forthe chicken strips and chicken sandwich. Like why? Who does that 30-45 minutes before closing. Why take my order and have mewaiting for 10 minutes before you tell me that you don't have something. Utter disgrace.If they keep this up it won't be longbefore they shut it down.

The food was outstanding, earning a perfect 5-star rating, with the Spicy Chicken Sandwich being a must-try from their diverse menu. The food at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen was excellent, but the service was disappointing. The staff member taking my order appeared unfamiliar with the menu, causing me to place two separate orders that could have been combined. On top of that, the strong smell of marijuana in the restaurant was unpleasant. Overall, the service and atmosphere leave much to be desired.

on the 18th august I could reorder my order made from the previous day before the gm ms dee contacted me personally to make it right, she was very professional and ready to fix the question that she did as she was promised and I can no longer be satisfied with her guidance in the orange tx store, is not only she a big! gm but also amazing guide I can see that business with her turn it on her first

This experience was a great experience today. The manager's team was on point with good service, freshness and confidence to take of lunch rush customers. The front counter person this shift really nicely handled the customers in the lobby with helpful gestures in his service to Us. Thanks for giving Us something positive to report to corporate??
