Wow, the customer service here on a busy day is phenomenal, completely outstanding. The food is fresh, the patience and kindness from the staff(2 staff members, one in the kitchen, one on the register) goes over and beyond what their role entitles. They greeted myself and others with a smile and I left with a sincere and genuine send off. This alone will make me refer others to the Courtice location. Well done.

ordered 12 pieces. and salate and pommes. I said it wasn't a problem for 10 minutes. pay attention to 4 persons ordered after the order. ask how much longer after 15 minutes. Cook for 6 minutes. I said I don't give back any money. first we couldn't order on the line when no telephone calls went there when almost half an hour wait, they'll keep her eating.
Friendly staff, always seems to be a line up but that speaks positive volumes of the business. The team keeps their cool and doesn't seem to panic. The food at this restaurant is exceptional and you receive generous portions for the price. I highly recommend trying the 5 piece spicy tenders combo. For $13, you will receive 5 large chicken strips, a generous portion of fries, and a drink.

Service was fine and the place was clean.Ordered mild tenders and got spicy which sucks a lot since I don't like spicy stuff a lot. The print on the menu is too small and I couldn't read parts of it.
