1st time I ordered delivery from this location. Two spicy blackened chicken sandwiches and a large red beans and rice. Only one sandwich was delivered with the red beans and rice spilled all in the bag. 2nd attempt at this location, I order 10 piecefamily meal (comes with 5 biscuits and two sides . I paid $1 extra for premium Mac n cheese side. When I got there (I decided totry and pick up my order this time , the manager (short black hair about 5?5? informed me they had no more Mac n cheese. For alarge Mac n cheese side she offered me a small mash potatoes. How is that fair?!? Needless to say I will not be using thislocation ever again. Food came out wrong so I told the horrible human being who didn't want to be there, she then looked at me as if I was lying and then told me I was wrong but I needed to bring up the wrong sandwiches so I did and proved to her that they were made wrong she then threw them out after all I asked for was pickles could have made that simple then had to make two new ones which is why I gave the food to Stars then she handed them back to me and I asked for a ketchup and a honey mustard she said I can have one and handed me a honey mustard. This has to be the worst Popeyes in America. I ordered a 4 piece meal. When i say this chicken was burnt and greasy, i mean it. I didn?t this chicken looked like it has been re-fried a free times. There is part of the chicken where the skin is completelyburnt. So i complained and had another order delivered. Looked the exact same. NEVER GO TO THE POPEYES DOWNTOWN.
The new Popeyes at 600 E Pratt is just a short walk from the Charm’tastic Mile and Inner Harbor. The Chicken Nuggets served with ranch dressing were hot and crispy. This location is poised for great success. The fried chicken scene along The Mile is becoming increasingly competitive, especially with Royal Farms just minutes away on Lombard Light Street.

This is undoubtedly the worst Popeyes I’ve ever visited. The food consistently tastes stale, even when you ask for it to be made fresh. The atmosphere is always smoky, and the lighting is perpetually dim. Additionally, the staff seems to just stand around without making an effort to move the line. It's clear that new management is urgently needed!
The nuggets were strange and mostly consisted of undercooked breading. They didn’t provide any dipping sauce, and who eats nuggets without sauce? This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue here. On the plus side, the biscuits weren’t dry. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location. 3/10.
The chicken was incredibly delicious. I'll definitely be ordering from Popeyes again!
