The workers have a real hygiene problem there, the girl who was working at the front today dealt with front desk and went right ahead and made my sandwich without wearing any gloves, even though they had a full box right beside the prep table. When I confronted her, she was arrogant about it and literally said yeah sometimes we don’t wear gloves. Absolutely disgusting, watch out when they prepare your sandwich at the back.
I’ve come here quite a few times. It sucks they don’t have Mac and Cheese available, 80% of the time I visit. Chicken tenders are not consistent, as there are times they are are too thick and are undercooked. Also, I’d suggest costumers check they have all items in their bag before leaving, as the restaurant has forgotten items on many occasions. Hopefully these issues can be rectified. Staff are nice though.
We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the lady at the counter gave us our order within 2 minutes, which was surprising. However, the sandwich tasted bad because she gave us old chicken. We then spoke to another person, whose name we did not know. We explained the situation to him and he gave us a freshly prepared sandwich without asking any questions. This person was wearing a blue shirt.
Thankfully my chicken sandwich was made already. The cook came back from Tim hortons with coffee in hand and went straight to the kitchen without washing his hands, and started touching trays, food etc, then went on his phone. Quick service for food. Had to cook onion rings but was srarted immediately.Food was great. Onion rings were a but bland. Chicken wasn't greasy.Not crowded, only 1 other grpup eating in restaurant.
The chicken was oily and some pcs were re- fried again . And the service wasn’t good.In addition, The washroom was extremely dirty.
The chicken was juicy and tender, but it was a bit salty and lacked flavor for my personal preference.
