The quality of the chicken tenders seems to be declining at this location. While the staff is friendly, the service is quite slow, likely due to a lack of personnel. One of my main issues with all Popeyes locations is the confusing setup for placing orders. When multiple customers enter from different areas of the restaurant, it becomes unclear where the end of the line is, leading to confusion about who is next. They really need to reinstate the metal barriers that used to help form a proper queue. The opening day experience was quite disappointing. I spent over 20 minutes in the drive-thru, which took up half of my lunch break. To top it off, I received the wrong order and had to return to get it corrected. The manager was very friendly and helpful, but the rest of the staff definitely needs more training in multitasking and customer service. It's important to pay attention to customers’ orders to ensure they receive the right items. I wonder if opening this restaurant at this location was the best choice, as the drive-thru isn't large enough for the volume of traffic it attracts. I hope improvements can be made going forward.
Unfortunately this place is mostly a miss! You don't realize the drive thru doesn't work (no signage)! Drove to window and was told to come inside. Inside is not the cleanest. 15 minutes later, I'm just getting my simple sandwich (no drink...just a sandwich). No apologies! The chicken is good, though!
My order arrived quickly, and everything was packed neatly! It was by far the best 3-piece Tenders Combo I've had from any Popeyes. Plus, they included multiple sauces!

The manager was very friendly, and the store was exceptionally clean. The chicken looked great, which shows that the staff takes pride in their work.
I ordered the 3-piece chicken combo, but I received a 3-piece tender instead. The 2-piece strawberry biscuits were cold and hard.
Too over-priced..depending on what time if day, you may or may not get your complete meal...if maybe not be completely cooked.
