My first time. I got the bacon, egg, cheese biscuit. YUMMO. The bacon was thick, good quality, not overcooked like most places. The egg was so light and fluffy. She even put the cheese on the griddle for a few seconds to warm it up. She also brushed the biscuit with butter and grilled it. They really understand how to make food delicious! I'll definitely be back... this time to try out the lunch. She suggested the burgers. I almost forgot to mention the price...$3. Heck, no other place can beat that price.
Just about as perfect a diner as you can dream of!! Straight out of the movies!! Very, very, outrageously good food, the hamburgers are just perfect, and they're famous for their Hot Dogs! But breakfast is my favorite, everything cooked to perfection! Eat in to experience the genuinely friendly banter between regulars, walk-ins and the staff!!
Great service an unassuming atmosphere. Probably the best hot dogs I've had in AL. The slaw dog was nice an creamy with a zingy sauce and the chili was rich and hardy. All around the food was inexpensive and I rolled out of there super full. Absolutely would go again
Was highly recommended , but was totally disappointed. The grits had no taste, the bacon was cold, the toast was partially toasted and the coffee was bland . Maybe I picked a bad day because TA has never steered me wrong . Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Off the chain! It was our first time visiting, and the burgers were cooked to order and finger licking good! The prices were awesome too! We have put it on our to eat at list, when we're in Birmingham, Alabama!
Great little place in 5 Points. Ordered a sandwich and potato salad and both were delicious. The menu was pretty big. Would love to eat there again sometime when in Birmingham.
Best neighborhood restaurant! Affordable food, extremely friendly staff, awesome food. I eat here about once a week and it is one of my favorite lunch spots.
