"After we hired bikes for the day at the ile de groix, we were quite hungry and thirsty when we arrived in pops tavern, lochmaris, after signs from the main road. it saw a little tatty from outside, but inside was very cozy. and comfortable and families sat for a nice meal. we went through the garden where people sat again until lunch and the food looked delicious. after ten minutes without attention I went to the bar to ask for a menu. the waitress suddenly appeared and told us we had only sandwiches. because our French is limited, we have ordered 4 croque monsieurs. very disapointed with eating, lack of attention from the staff and dirty toilets!"

Having hired bikes for the day on the Ile de Groix, we were pretty hungry and thirsty by the time we arrived at Pops Tavern, Lochmaris, following signs from the main road. It looked a little tatty from the outside but inside was very cosy and comfortable and families were sitting down for a lovely meal. We went through to the garden where again people were sitting down to their lunch and the food looked delicious.After waiting ten minutes with no attention I went to the bar to ask for a menu.
