Phenomenal! The service was great! The food was AMAZING! We called ahead and made a reservation. Outdoor and indoor dining areas are available now. We were on the side of the building, outdoor seating, it wasn't too chilly due to the building blocking the wind off the lake. Definitely call ahead and make reservations. They are very busy. The parking is paid parking on the street. The food is very reasonable and large portions. Very fresh and delicious! You can tell the cooks were happy when creating their masterpieces! The atmosphere and energy is extraordinarily friendly. Very inviting, what an exiting time to get to eat out and enjoy friends and family!
If you're looking for a great spot for people-watching, this is the place for you! It's a top-notch venue with excellent service, and the seating is self-service. The exterior resembles a high-top bar that wraps around the corner, offering a perfect vantage point to see the flow of traffic and visitors from nearby cruise ships. I recommend sending someone to claim a spot while you grab some food and drinks. Alternatively, like I did, you can pop next door to the local shop, buy a bottle for $5, have it corked, and settle in to enjoy the lively atmosphere!
Look! You wanna go people watch, this is your place to be! This is a first come, first serve, seat yourself kind of place. The way they have the outside setup, is like a hightop bar that wraps the corner of the street. So, as people walk and drive by, or,people coming off the lake cruises, you can watch it all go down. So, send somebody to save a spot, grab some food and drink, orlike me, go nextdoor to the winner shop and buy a bottle and have them cork out for you for $5 and watch all the magic happen!!!
Went for Lunch with My Favorite Aunt. Kind of spendy but the Grilled Cheese with tomato was amazing and it is in Excelsior after all. Wait staff was super nice, prompt and efficient! I absolutely love this place! The food is fantastic, and the servers and bartenders are wonderful—especially Molly. She is a true professional, and I always hope she’s the one serving me. You should definitely come in and give it a try; you’ll likely become a regular!
I dined there on the 4th of July and enjoyed sitting outside to watch the parade. I ordered the prime rib sandwich, which was served promptly and tasted excellent. The server was friendly, and even though the restaurant was busy, she provided efficient service.
The restaurant has a wonderful ambiance, delicious burgers with fries, and stunning views. If you're looking to experience a bit of Excelsior, make sure to stick around for Bingo on Saturday or visit on a late Thursday to play some pull tabs.
I love this place. It is a spirit drink, small sea bar in old style; with a jukebox, pulltabs and old style bar food. The locals are kind and love to catch up with everyone who goes in. A walk back in time, it is worth chatting! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I’m really pleased with this place. The service was attentive and friendly, and the food was well-prepared and unique for a sports bar. Plus, the view was absolutely wonderful.
