Portillo's Rolling Meadows

We went to dinner and used a gift card we had received. The propulsion staff said we could not use because they had switched banks etc. I asked for management. Chris the manager came in our car in cold pouring rain and explained the same, but excused and took our tab! The food was great and the staff was nice, but the manager went beyond and beyond! Great CUStomer Service! Thank you.

Best hot dog I've ever had. Had the Chicago dog and some French fries. Ordering was quick, all were courteous and helpful. Will definitely make the trip again

First time at this location. The deco was awesome. Customer service was great. The food was the best part of the visit. Thank you for an awesome ecperience.

Food was amazing as always. Used the new delivery service and I got my food quick. My milkshake was missing but the manager personally delivered it to me

Italian beef!! Yum! First place I stopped after flying in from Dallas. Will visit again before I leave.
